Roy M Blankenship 

President 

Roy Blankenship is the President of Bay Advanced Technologies.
Mr. Blankenship has served as President of Bay Advanced Technologies since 2003.  Prior to joining the Company in 1997, Mr. Blankenship spent 15 years in design and marketing of custom pneumatic and digital industrial control systems for the commercial and industrial building marketplace.

 

Mr. Blankenship provides leadership and vision to ensure the Company continues to deliver the highest level of quality products and services to its customers.  Mr. Blankenship’s accomplishments can be best demonstrated by the Quality Management System in place for the Company, the Company wide focus on continuous improvement and growing list of corporate customers.

 

Mr. Blankenship holds a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from Texas Tech University.


 

Dennis R. Hansen

Vice President of Strategic Business Development

Mr. Hansen joined the Company, then known as Bay Pneumatic, Inc., in 1972 as part of the newly formed Engineered Systems Division. Mr. Hansen has held various engineering, sales engineering and sales management positions. 
 
In 1999, Mr. Hansen was promoted to his current position, Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he is charged with managing Bay AT’s key relationships. In step with the Company’s corporate philosophy, Mr. Hansen ensures the highest level of product and service quality, a theme that permeates all aspects of Bay Advanced Technologies and which is fundamental to the Bay AT’s continued success.

 

Peter H. Madison

Vice President of Sales and Marketing 

Mr. Madison joined the Company, then known as Bay Pneumatic Inc, in 1978 and in 1981 joined the Fluid Connector Division as an Outside Sales Representative.  From 1993-1995, Mr. Madison served as Vice President of Sales for the newly formed Fluid Control Group. In 1999, he was promoted to his current role, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Madison has held various sales management and operational management positions. Mr. Madison holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University of Sacramento.

 

Michael R. Stimson

Vice President of Finance 

Mr. Stimson joined BayAT in 2000 in his current position as Vice President of Finance. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Stimson served in a second role of Vice President of Fabricated Materials and was responsible for overseeing the integration of the newly acquired Litec. Prior to joining Bay, Mr. Stimson spent 24 years in various accounting, finance and management positions in the gas products and gas delivery systems industries and was employed by Del Monte, AIRCO, Air Liquide America and EMC. Mr. Stimson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University and an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
