Leadership

  • Roy Blankenship has served as President of Bay Advanced Technologies since 2003.  Prior to joining the Company in 1997, he spent 15 years in design and marketing of custom pneumatic and digital industrial control systems for the commercial and industrial building marketplace.  Mr. Blankenship provides leadership and vision to ensure the Company continues to deliver the highest level of quality products and services to its customers.  Mr. Blankenship’s accomplishments can be best demonstrated by the Quality Management System in place for the Company, the Company wide focus on continuous improvement and growing list of corporate customers.  Mr. Blankenship holds a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from Texas Tech University.

  • Mr. Hale has been an instrumental part of BayAT’s growth, joining BayAT in 2010. He had previously held various business development, channel management, and sales management positions at one of BayAT’s key suppliers, and most recently served as Director of Business Development at BayAT, with leadership responsibility for key semiconductor customers.  In 2020, Mr. Hale was promoted to his current position, Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he is charged with managing Bay AT’s relationships with key customers and suppliers and driving strategic growth. Nic received an Associate’s Degree from Spokane Community College where he studied hydraulics, pneumatics and machine controls.

  • Mr. Madison joined the Company, then known as Bay Pneumatic Inc, in 1978 and in 1981 joined the Fluid Connector Division as an Outside Sales Representative.  From 1993-1995, Mr. Madison served as Vice President of Sales for the newly formed Fluid Control Group. In 1999, he was promoted to his current role, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Madison has held various sales management and operational management positions. Mr. Madison holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University of Sacramento.

  • Mr. Hansen joined the Company, then known as Bay Pneumatic, Inc., in 1972 as part of the newly formed Engineered Systems Division. Mr. Hansen has held various engineering, sales engineering and sales management positions.  In 1993, Mr. Hansen was promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In 2020, Mr. Hansen accepted a new role focused solely on medical and life sciences projects. Mr. Hansen has always pushed for the highest level of product and service quality, a theme that permeates all aspects of Bay Advanced Technologies and which is fundamental to the Bay AT’s continued success.
