Leadership

Roy Blankenship has served as President of Bay Advanced Technologies since 2003.  Prior to joining the Company in 1997, he spent 15 years in design and marketing of custom pneumatic and digital industrial control systems for the commercial and industrial building marketplace.  Mr. Blankenship provides leadership and vision to ensure the Company continues to deliver the highest level of quality products and services to its customers.  Mr. Blankenship’s accomplishments can be best demonstrated by the Quality Management System in place for the Company, the Company wide focus on continuous improvement and growing list of corporate customers.  Mr. Blankenship holds a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from Texas Tech University.
