• Manages information flow to key project personnel.
• Reports project status at weekly production meetings.
• Provides objectives and priorities to project personnel.
• Ensures conformance to customer requirements.
• Monitors status of project.
• Provides regular status reports to customer contacts.
• Manages changes to the contract
