Macron Dynamics Large High Speed Gantry

This is actual running footage from a large format X-Z gantry that Macron Dynamics built for a government contractor. The details are classified, but it's used in some type of a missile defense calibration tester. Just to give you some perspective as to its sheer size, the entire system stands over 15ft high and is 16ft wide! The payload shown zipping around here is 35Lb but the entire Z axis weighs 135Lb. Both axis are belt driven with Macron Rail actuators and massive 480VAC servo motors.
